Cancellation window
You can cancel a studio or edit bay booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time, directly from your booking confirmation.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancelling less than 24 hours before your booking, or not showing up, is treated as a late cancellation.
- First time: you will receive a warning from Studio CCB.
- Repeated: your booking access is suspended. To book a studio or edit bay again, you will need permission from your teacher or mentor.
How to cancel
Use the cancel link in your booking confirmation email, or contact us if you no longer have access to it.
