Clean up after use
Please treat the spaces with care. Tidy up after using any equipment, return props and cables to their proper place, and leave the space ready for the next booking.
No food or open drinks
Eating and open drinks are strictly prohibited in the studios and edit bays. Only drinks in sealed bottles are allowed.
Handle equipment with care
Treat all gear, lighting, and furniture respectfully. Report any damage, missing items, or technical issues to staff immediately.
Bring your own media & storage
All studio lighting, backdrops, and fixed hardware are ready to use. Please remember to bring your own SD cards, external storage, and specialized adapters.
Respect booked times
Ensure your session wraps up and the room is restored before your scheduled end time so the next student or colleague can start promptly.
Follow campus guidelines

How do I book a studio or edit bay?
You can book directly through our website. Select your studio or edit bay, choose a date and time slot, and complete the reservation online. For multi-day projects or custom arrangements, contact us via the support form on this page.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start are allowed without any penalties. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will result in a warning being issued; if this happens again, you will need explicit permission from your teacher or mentor to continue participating. No-shows, where you do not show up without any prior notice, will result in a ban from the studio and edit rooms for a specified period of time.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. Please contact us as early as possible so we can reassign your slot.
When can I access the studio?
Studios and edit bays are available Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. Access outside these hours may be arranged on request. Please contact us in advance.
Where are you located and how do I find the studio?
We are located at Rengerslaan 8, 8917 DD Leeuwarden. Inside the building, you will find us on the ground floor, situated directly behind the Auditorium.
Is there someone to let me in?
Yes, a team member will be available to welcome you at the start of your session during regular opening hours. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can get you set up on time.
What equipment is included with my booking?
Each space includes its own set of equipment, listed on the studio or edit bay page. All lighting, grip, and post-production hardware shown is included.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, high-speed wired and wireless internet is included with all bookings.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own gear. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing large setups or heavy equipment so we can ensure smooth access.
Is technical assistance or guidance available during my session?
Yes, guidance and technical support are available. If you require assistance during your session, please indicate this in advance when placing your reservation so we can arrange dedicated support.
What happens if equipment fails during my session?
We maintain our equipment to a high standard, but if something goes wrong during your session, contact a team member immediately. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible or provide equivalent replacement equipment.
Can I bring a crew or guests to my session?
Yes. The maximum number of people allowed per space is listed on each studio and edit bay page. Please stay within the stated capacity for safety and comfort.
Can I bring food and drinks?
Eating and open drinks are strictly prohibited in the studios and edit bays. Only drinks in sealed bottles are allowed.
Is the studio accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, our spaces are located on the ground floor (behind the Auditorium) and are wheelchair accessible. Please let us know in advance if you have specific accessibility requirements so we can assist you.
